The casino is open for business every day of the year with the only exception being Christmas Day when it is closed. Other than that it operates 24 hours a day though some areas of the casino have slightly different opening times. Yes, there are several places where customers can get food from in the casino. The premium dining spot is James Martin Manchester which was one of the Sunday Times top 100 Restaurants in 2015-2016. The restaurant is located on a mezzanine floor which is away from the main casino floor and serves some of the best dishes in Manchester with seating for 170. James Martin who stars on cooking shows on Channel 4 and the BBC has crafted a menu full of fantastic modern British cuisine. The menu offers some delightful dishes such as Cumbrian venison starters, salt-aged duck as a main, and an amazing sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The restaurant offers a unique look at its meat preparation with a walk-in fridge that patrons can tour to view the maturation process before it is served up. The steaks at the restaurant are aged for four weeks minimum before being used. The style of the restaurant can be described as industrial chic, with girders next to works of art, while the furnishings have a vintage feel to them. For those looking to treat themselves why not book the chef’s table which is separate to the main dining area where bespoke menus can be prepared for up to ten guests. Delicious food can also be had in the Vega Lounge, the ICON VIP Bar, and the Sports bar.

There is no accommodation within the casino itself. However, due to its central Manchester location, there are no issues at all with finding somewhere suitable to stay nearby. There is a myriad of options when it comes to accommodation in Manchester which means there are great options for hotels to suit all sorts of budget requirements.

Due to the location of the casino, there are plenty of other entertainment options within a short distance for those looking to experience something else while out and about. Just down the road is Evuna Deansgate which is a highly rated Spanish restaurant that serves up Spanish cuisine in an exposed brick environment. Outdoor seating is available and the salt baked sea bass is a must try. Just across the road from Evuna’s is Dimitri’s. This is another highly rated restaurant that serves mains and traditional meze and on weekends has a late bar and live music.
